At Little Platypus, we consider research to be a key part of what we do. During Phase 1 of the project - between October 2022 and October 2023 - , we collected feedback from our young participants and their parents/carers. The pictures below depict our results.

Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE)

On the 24th of January 2026, the Little Platypus team held a meeting with Brighton's Young People Advisory Group. During this visit, Patricia delivered a presentation to the group and posed several questions on how to improve the project.

The group's response was overwhelmingly positive, with many of the young people offering new ideas and sharing their feedback on some hand made items presented to them.
